We accept credit card orders through a secure server, by telephone 909-596-2000, by fax 909-596-6414, and by mail--PO Box 295, La Verne, California 91750-0295. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Angels Wings Gifts does not sell, rent, or trade their customer mailing lists. Marketing efforts we undertake are targeted toward our business audience only. For those who vist the site without signing in, our Web server does not recognize information. We may send email to those visitors who have opted to receive updates about our products and specials. We do not have access to personally identifiable information to visitors. We do have access to information about the number of visitors to the site. This information is used for analysis of traffic at our Web site only.

Special Orders
There are no returns on special orders.
Warm Weather
During summer months (April 15 - October 15) we may not be able to ship some products by standard delivery, due to the delicate nature of heat-sensitive items.
Allergy Warning
For those individuals with nut allergies, our chocolates and many of our products are processed in a facility which processes nuts.

To fax your order our fax number is 909-596-6414. If you have more than two items use additional pages and be sure to include your recipient's name, address, item number, product number, description, quantity, billing information, and price. We will confirm receipt of faxed orders within 48 hours weekends excluded. Please print your fax & phone number on each page.
Gift Card
All products will have a standard greeting card included, or you can select a custom card from our card department for a nominal charge. Let us know how we can print your name on your greeting card. For cards from our personal card department, there will be a message field in the checkout process (max 57 characters).
Custom Orders
You may pick any item you see in our brochure or website and we will package it beautifully. Please include which gift, and the department you found it in. For your special order we offer a gold and silver hat box 12 "x 8" for $12.00 extra. Also a wicker basket with trimmings for $12.00 extra or a large silk bag with bow for $5.00 extra.
Hours of Operation
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (PST). You can place an order any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Stock Availability
Orders are subject to stock on hand. The sale of many items is seasonal.
Pricing and Discounts
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any available discounts cannot be combined.
Shipping Information
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO's and FPO's. Please supply a street address with your order. Shipping and Handling charges are calculated for each product. Orders received by 1:30pm PST will be processed. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order to most destinations. Allow for weekends and holidays.
Express Services
Express Services: for rush orders, we offer 3 day delivery. Please add $15 per item to the standard delivery cost. Orders will be processed the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
Sales Tax
We are required by the state of California to charge 8.25% tax on all products sold in California.
International Shipments
English only. Drawn on U.S. currency, Visa or Mastercard. Shipments outside the U.S.A. are subject to extra handling charges and fees. Please include your email address and/or a fax number so that we can notify you how much to include for your shipment. Our fax number outside the U.S.A. is 001-1-909-596-2000.
Substitutions
In the unlikely event of a shortage, we will do our utmost to fulfill your order. If we are out of an item, we will make every effort to substitute with items of equal value.
Returns
We certainly hope you are happy with your purchase. While we would like all of our customers to be happy with their orders, we realize occasionally there may be a problem with an order. We feature first rate customer service, which you can call if you have a problem. We are waiting to help you. We trust it is our service that will keep you coming back. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know. It is only with your feedback that we can serve you better. Our customer service telephone number is 909-596-2000. Our standard hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 10am - 6pm PST; however, you may leave a detailed message 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will return your call the next business day.
If your package has arrived damaged, missing items, or otherwise tampered with, please contact the carrier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, and our customer service department at 909-596-2000. Any delay in contacting us and the carrier only makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and items exactly as they arrived.
In the event an item must be returned, please follow these steps:
1. Call our customer service department at 909-596-2000 to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Pack the items in the assigned container, together with all parts. If anything is missing, written on, damaged or defaced, we may not be able to accept a return, or we may need to charge a restocking fee.
3. Put the container into a shipping box along with a brief note explaining why the product is being returned. Use the same shipping box if in good condition.
4. Write your return authorization number clearly on the box and address it it:
